How do I clean the CurrentBody LED neck mask?
Wipe your device with a damp cloth to clean. Do not submerge your device or use abrasive cleaners.
How do I charge the CurrentBody LED neck mask?
Your device will come with a USB-C charger. You can charge your device by plugging this into a mains outlet. Once fully charged, the light will be solid white.

1. Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
2. Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
3. Wait at least 24 hours.
4. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.

DO NOT use this device if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity. If you use this device and you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity you may cause a severe skin reaction. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication you may be taking consult your healthcare provider. Other substances not listed above can also cause photosensitivity. I've had a positive experience with the CurrentBody Neck & Décolletage LED Mask overall. One thing I really like is its size, it covers a large area of the neck and décolletage, which is a big advantage. I also think the generous fit makes it suitable for a wide range of people.
The only downside for me is that it's a little more fiddly to put on and adjust compared to the face mask. Because it takes a bit more effort to position correctly, I find myself reaching for it less often.
That said, the coverage is excellent, and if you don't mind spending an extra minute getting it in place, it's a great addition to an LED skincare routine.
