I Want to relieve my daily nervous , don’t know if this may works in a long run. Every time when I lay down for around 15 mins, I feel sleepy and comfortable, after an hour feeling mentally recharged.
Please be aware of the mat size for storage , quite big and heavy to take it out and put it back.
