We offer a wide range of flexible delivery options to have your products delivered when it suits you.

We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us so from 1st November you can return any unopened and unused items to us for a refund until the 31st January. We will also extend any money back guarantees purchased within this period by 30 days. Warranty terms and conditions remain unchanged. For more information, please see our full returns policy.

If you are ordering multiple products including items on pre-order, your items may be delivered separately. However, you will only pay one delivery charge.

Delivery Exceptions

We deliver to the Scottish Highlands and British Islands. However, we advise allowing for an additional four days for standard delivery. For further details, please see here.

We also deliver to BFPO addresses.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to German DHL Packstations or PO Box addresses.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery for the majority of products on our site, meaning you can send your order to 130 countries around the world, including North America, Australia and China.

Please note that for countries outside the EU import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges and customs holding times may vary depending on the value of the package and the final destination address. We try our best to keep charges as low as possible, however we are unable to control or predict the final charges. If you need to pay import duties and taxes, the courier will contact you for more information ahead of delivery. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team on

Wherever possible we aim to ship all EU orders from our EU warehouse where this is not possible some items may face delivery delays but all customs import and duties will be paid.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Please note that this is not always possible due to the quick turnaround in our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped, this will be returned under the 30 day returns policy and shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that we are unable to accept opened and/or used intimate devices due to hygiene reasons.

We will aim to process your return within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. Once the return has been processed, you will recive an email confirming your refund or replacement. We advise that it can take up to 5 working days for your account to be credited with the refund, however, some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account.

Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a full refund. If you keep any free gifts we will deduct this from your total refund.

If you have rented one of our Alpha-Stim devices and would like to cancel the subscription and return the device, then please contact our team at Please cancel your reccuring payment on PayPal so you are not charged any further payments.
