Your device will come with a USB-C charger. You can charge your device by plugging this into a mains outlet. Once fully charged, the light will be solid white.

The neck strap is too narrow to cover my entire neck area so I turn it upside down and use the chest pad for my neck instead. I lie on my back and hold it in place - works great! The cables are sturdy which I'm happy about. I had the Omnilux face mask previously and the wire kept getting damaged, no matter had careful I was with it. Had it re-soldered a few times but the fix was never long-lasting. Very happy with the quality of this device.
