Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
Wait at least 24 hours.
If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.
Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications and chemicals are known to induce photosensitivity. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include many
commonly used medications, skincare, supplements, antibiotics, diuretics and steroids.
St John's Wort, certain perfumes, antiperspirants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent and
cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing).
Anyone with the following medical conditions should not use this device:
• Epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
• Metabolic disorders such as Porphyria

The mask and neck kit— both parts are nearly impossible for me to put on.. Maybe it’s my hands, but I need help getting them on, which I don’t want! Four hands make the process annoying, get in each others’ way, and very frustrating. How does one get the mask on where it belongs AND at the same time have to hold it in place AND adjust the straps at the same time?? Same for the neck.
Help/suggestions greatly appreciated.

I purchased the current body face and neck masks a few months ago. I have used these every night before bed . I think I can see an improvement in my skin but I also started to use my sisters skin care products Fairy rock skin care and micro needling all at the same time so I’m unsure which has made the most impact .. it’s probably a combination of everything… all my friends tell me my skin is amazing and my skin is definitely flawless since using these products and using the mask and neck puts me to sleep every time I love it . I’m am 56 and think I look pretty good for my age 🌸
