Step 1: Cleanse your skin.
Step 2: Attach replacement head to your Skin Gym Micro Roller.
Step 3: Roll over your skin vertically and horizontally for a few minutes.
Step 4: Sanitise the attachment head after each use with boiling water or 91% alcohol for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Allow the attachment head to dry before storing.
