HOW TO USE
Step 1: Choose from the 6 attachments, secure and turn on your device.
Step 2: Connect to the Therabody App for personalised routines.
Step 3: Adjust the speed using the (+) and (-) buttons.
Step 4: Float the Theragun PRO across the treatment areas, applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
Step 5: Enjoy your session using a guided treatment preset or on freestyle mode. Turn off when complete.

The gun is wonderfully powerful, brought initially for my wife - who suffers with tight calf muscles and has been useful. Battery life is good and settings are fine. App is a little basic but you dont really need to use that aspect - so can't complain.
