Just pop on the gel pad and strap the TensCare Mynd Migraine Relief device to your forehead. Choose programme 1 for 60 minutes of real-time migraine pain reduction, if you're currently experiencing one. Or choose programme 2 for 20 minutes of preventative therapy.

Step 1: Clean your forehead with soap and water, leave damp.
Step 2: Apply a gel pad to the back of the TensCare Mynd Migraine Relief device.
Step 3: Apply the device to your forehead, 1 cm above your eyebrows. Turn on.
Step 4: Select your programme and intensity. Wear the device for the full treatment time, 20-60 minutes.
Step 5: When finished, clean and repackage gel pads, store device.

I have been using the tenscare migraine relief now for seven days I use it twice a day for 20 mins I also take 30 mil of propanol I have had no signs or pain with migraines since I have started using it.my migraines have now reduced from 4 times a week early days yet but excellent upto now would definitely recommend one if you suffer from chronic migraines ect

I use the mynd tens machine when I feel a migraine coming on, I also take paracetamol and usually the migraine symptoms go away. Sometimes a migraine is unavoidable and the machine doesn't take it away but it definitely eases the pain and allows me to walk around the house during a migraine attack

Received today. On day two of my migrane. I'm on preventative medication, triptans etc.
I put it on immediately and breathed a sigh of relief. Im never going anywhere without it. Thankgod something else can bring relief!

A very expensive mistake for me. My pain was worse and I felt very dizzy using the Mynd Migraine Relief. I persevered for several days using it according to the instructions but have since stopped. This may work for some people but absolutely didn’t for me. I felt far worse while using it.
