Believe it or not, your pelvic floor is incredibly important as healthy muscles are the key to bladder control, sexual wellbeing and core stability. Studies show that pelvic floor weaknesses can affect 1 in 3 women and up to 80% of women during pregnancy or postpartum.
While we know exercises are important, the challenge is knowing that you're doing them correctly. The TensCare Kegel Toner does all the hard work for you, providing you with an optimised workout while you sit back and relax.
The TensCare Kegel Toner offers 2 key workouts:
Pelvic floor workout: targeting all pelvic floor muscles for a daily 20-minute workout session.
Aftercare toning: once your muscles are stronger, this programme maintains the results. For best results we recommend 2 sessions per week.
Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant
Do not use if you have a cardiac demand pacemaker or implanted defibrilator.
Do not use if you have symptons of an active urinary tract infection, vaginal infections or localised lesions.
Do not use if you have a diagnosis of extra-urethral or overflow incontinence.
Do not use if you have severe urine retention.
Do not use if you have poor sensation in the pelvic region.
Do not use if you have cognitive disabilities (i.e. Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
Do not use if you are unable to properly insert the Trainer.
Do not use if you have active pelvic cancer.
Do not use if you have an intestinal clamp.
You must be 6 weeks post pelvic surgery or vaginal childbirth to use this device.
Do not use this device for diagnotic purposes or critical patient monitoring.
This device is not (external) defibrilator-proof.

The stainless steel in the probe’s metal plates contain some Nickel. This could cause a reaction if you have a Nickel allergy. Alternative gold probe specially made without Nickel is available to purchase from TensCare.
Caution should be used if you have a copper IUD. If discomfort occurs, discontinue treatment immediately and ask your healthcare professional for advice.
There is a small risk of stimulating the uterine wall if the IUD is not correctly positioned.
This is advertised as helping strengthen pelvic floor if you have prolapse. But it seemed to make my prolapse worse. I had no bladder leakage before I used it, but it made it leak. So stopped using it. Waste of money.

I’ve struggled with sensation in the bedroom since having my son at 17. This has been quite a distressing experience until I purchased this little miracle. I’ve been using it for 5 days and already the results are impeccable. Lumps and bumps are soothing out and I can feel much more down there. I finally feel how a 19 year old should feel in the bedroom. Cannot recommend this enough:)

I like that it's simple and ready to be used straight away. I think you have to be persistant and use it regularly for some weeks before you can feel results. I think it's a great complement to regular kegel execercises but want to speed up the building up of the pelvic muscles.
