Step 1: In the morning, shave any skin you want to treat with IPL hair removal during your shower.
Step 2: Lay the JOVS flat against the skin and flash, working section by section.
Step 3: Use 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks, then 2 times a week afterwards for a month. Top up as needed.
