Step 1: Cleanse face, gently pat dry and apply your favourite skincare.

Step 2: Remove the Cryo Roller from your fridge or freezer, letting the roller sit for 5 minutes before use to reach the optimal temperature.

Step 3: Using the wide roller, gently apply pressure from the centre of your face, rolling outwards with long strokes towards your ears and chest. Continue across your forehead and chin areas to refresh and rejuvenate skin.

Step 4: Use the narrow roller to get into those tighter areas, around your eyes, between the brow bone and down the sides of the nose.
