HOW TO USE
Step 1: Start with your feet firmly on the ground, shoulder-width apart.
Step 2: Place one foot on the balance block, with the circular side facing downwards.
Step 3: Gently lower your pelvis into a squat, completely 5-10 reps and repeat with the other foot.
